Returns & Replacements lease keep all original packing material, boxes, and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned. Items returned without all packing material may not be accepted. Before making a return or exchange, please call us at (806)353-8247 or toll free (888) 345-TAGS (8247) (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST to obtain a Return Authorization number. Orders returned without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted. All returns must be sent to us in a shipping box (not an envelope) to protect the integrity of the items. If you experience a manufacture’s defect, please call us in the first 30 days. Your product will be promptly replaced. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items, including: -Any item returned without all of the original packaging material -Any special order items or items listed on the website as non-returnable No refunds will be given after 30 days from the order date. All returns accepted after 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and will only be exchanged for another product or issued a store credit good towards future purchases. The product must be in its original package. Shipping charges are non refundable, unless we sent the wrong item to you. If you return your items for a refund and your order falls below the level for free shipping, a shipping charge will be assessed. |
